I am an outgoing, energetic extrovert with genuine concern for others. I have a fairly inclusive approach and use persuasion rather than trying to dominate. I can mediate where necessary but understand that conflict is sometimes appropriate.

This is essentially a pioneering profile. I am equally ready to work with new ideas developed by myself or with other people. I enjoy visionary thinking and take care not to become too isolated from other people and resistant to their important contributions. I need to steer my career to environments where change is highly valued. My operating style is to be at the cutting edge of change whilst at the same time respecting the traditional habits within the underlying business processes.
