Feedback

None of us likes criticism, so let's call it feedback, and let's take it in a constructive manner. How we receive it can be the issue rather than the feedback itself.

Here are a few examples of how to guage whether we are the problem, not the feedback itself:

    • Increasingly fewer people offer you advice
    • Nobody challenges your decision
    • People whisper behind your back
    • You really want help but are not getting it
    • Your top friends seem to keep disappointing you
    • You don't listen
